Medivet Group is seeking a Client Care Assistant to be the first point of contact for clients by phone and in person, delivering friendly, efficient reception and admin support in a busy veterinary practice.
You will handle bookings, triage emergencies, manage the diary, and support the team with excellent client care and a calm, professional manner. Previous veterinary receptionist experience is desirable.
As a Client Care Assistant (CCA) you will be the first point of contact for client phone calls and visits and will be responsible for delivering exceptional care, always there to clients, patients, and colleagues.
