Job summary

Pets at Home Limited’ Rugby Central practice is hiring a part-time Client Care Advisor up to 25 hours. You’ll greet clients, support care decisions and manage bookings and payments with a friendly, professional approach.

You’ll be the first point of contact, creating a welcoming atmosphere, assisting clients and pets, and liaising with the clinical team. 25 hours gives variety across weekdays and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Able to use a computer and online booking system.
• Strong communication and empathy with clients and their pets.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and provide support, guidance and information.
• Coordinate bookings and process payments confidently.
• Maintain a calm, welcoming atmosphere for clients and their pets.
• Serve as a link between clients and the clinical team using the booking system.

Rugby & Rugby Central Vets for Pets are looking for a part time Client Care Advisor Up to 25 hours with a variety of shifts. The practice is open Monday to Friday 8:30am-7:00pm and Saturdays 9:00am-6:00pm

• Our Client Care Advisors, focus on providing exceptional service to our clients and the best care possible to their pets - providing a link between clients and the clinical team.
• Your ability to build strong relationships with our clients, their pets and the practice team will be critical to your success.
• Your great service will give client satisfaction at every step ensuring that they look forward to their next visit.
• You will greet each client and offer support, guidance and expertise.
• You will manage payments and future bookings confidently. Coordinating the smooth running of the practice using our online booking system, meaning computer literacy is a must.
  You are the friendly and welcoming face for the client and their pets when they arrive at the practice.
• You are calm, attentive and always focus on the clients' needs.
• You will bring enthusiasm and drive to your role.
• You can deal with everything that is thrown at you, from comforting a client who has had some bad news about their pet or sharing in the joy of a new puppy's first visit.
• Your personality shines, and along with your fellow colleagues, you create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the practice.
• You like to be busy, enjoy helping people and their pets and always endeavour to make a difference.
