Job summary

Vets for Pets Rawtenstall is looking for a friendly receptionist/CCA to join our dynamic veterinary team. You will connect clients with the clinical team, deliver outstanding service, and help keep the day-to-day running smoothly.

This full-time role (40 hours, weekend rota) requires enthusiasm, excellent admin and organisational skills, and a proactive, can-do attitude. We offer private medical insurance, a robust pension, 20% staff discount, and generous holiday leave.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a client services role including finance/accounts responsibility.
• Previous veterinary experience is preferable but not essential.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
• Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day organisation and running of the practice.

What your typical day will look like:

Would you like to be part of a dynamic, enthusiastic and caring veterinary team who think that receptionists are one of if not the most important part of our team? Rawtenstall Vets for Pets have an exciting opportunity for a CCA to join their busy practice. Your focus is to provide an exceptional service to our clients and the best care possible to their pets - providing a link between clients and the clinical team. Your ability to build strong relationships with our clients, their pets and the practice team will be critical to your success.

The successful candidate will assist with the day-to-day organisation and running of the practice, ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered at all times and most importantly, help to devise new and innovative ways to drive the practice forward.

This is a Full-Time role working 40 hours per week and will include weekend work on a rota basis.

The ideal candidate will have:
