Job summary

Acorn House Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Client Care Advisor on a part-time basis. You will be the first point of contact for clients, delivering friendly and confident service with strong IT skills.

The role is 30 hours per week, mainly 2pm-8pm shifts, with some 8am-2pm coverage when needed, plus one Saturday in four. Pro-rata holiday, staff discounts, and CPD support are included.

We're looking for a friendly, confident communicator with excellent customer service and IT skills to join our team as a Client Care Advisor.

30 hours per week - mainly 2pm-8pm shifts, with flexibility to cover 8am-2pm when needed, plus one Saturday in four.
