Client Care Advisor

Vets for Pets

Apply for the Client Care Advisor role at Vets for Pets in Banbury, starting as soon as possible.

This is a part‑time position (minimum 22 hours per week) with flexibility and a requirement to cover one Saturday. Additional hours are available for holiday cover.

Working Hours

• Monday – 8:45 am to 7:15 pm (10 hours)
• Thursday – 9:00 am to 2:00 pm (5 hours)
• Friday – 2:15 pm to 7:15 pm (5 hours)
• Saturday – 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm (2 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client service and support throughout the day‑to‑day operations.
• Welcome clients and provide guidance, manage payments, and organise future appointments.
• Maintain the front‑of‑house appearance, ensuring a welcoming environment.
• Use our online booking system and other IT tools – computer literacy is essential.
• Collaborate with the clinical team, providing a link between clients and veterinarians.
• Help resolve client concerns quickly and professionally.

Qualifications and Experience

• Customer‑care or retail experience – or a willingness to learn quickly.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
• Ability to build rapport with people and pets.
• Self‑motivation and reliability; you must meet the required working hours.
