Veterinary Vision is looking for a Client Care Administrator to support clinical and client care functions. The role requires excellent organisational skills, meticulous attention to detail and the ability to stay calm in a fast-paced, emotionally sensitive clinical environment.

Responsibilities include preparing reports and records, handling insurance claims, coordinating appointments and reception duties, and upholding confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months customer-facing experience.
• Strong administration and organisational skills.

• Confident and professional telephone manners.
