RIMOWA is opening its first Manchester Exchange store and seeks passionate Client Advisors. You will deliver luxury, personalised service, advising international clients in Italian and English, with potential for additional languages.

You’ll guide customers from consultation to sales and after-sales support, building lasting relationships. Experience in luxury retail is preferred, with a strong focus on delivering an exceptional client experience and maintaining high standards of product

Formación

• Experience in luxury retail and delivering high-end client service.
• Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-class consultations and personalised service to international clients.
• Drive sales and build strong client relationships from consultation to post-sale support.
• Support after-sales topics and coordinate with the repair team when needed.
• Aim to meet or exceed CRM and sales targets through excellent customer care.

We are currently building the team that will lead the opening of our first-ever store in Manchester Exchange, and we are looking for passionate Client Advisors to join us.

Job responsibilities

YOUR MISSION

Outgoing, customer-focused, and with an intuitive sense for Luxury: as the newest RIMOWA member, you'll strengthen our customer relationships and continue to build them through first-class consultations.

With individual CRM goals and extensive product and repair training, you shine in all customer interactions, from consultation to sales to small on-site repairs.

The connection to our customers doesn't end when they leave the store; as an after-sales professional, you'll remain a point of contact for all after-sales topics.

A travel companion for life - our iconic products are manufactured to the highest quality standards, a demand we also place on our repairs. You will be responsible for first-class processing, from acceptance through communication with the responsible technical team to return to our customers.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

We are looking forward to your experience acquired in the luxury sector, but we also welcome you as a new starter in our team.

To advise our international customers, you speak fluent Italian and English; ideally, you have additional language skills.

The customer experience is important to you - you are passionate about selling luxury products and providing the best client experience to our customers.
