Job summary

Places for People is seeking a Client Accounts Reporting Assistant on a fixed-term basis until February 2027. After a short training period, hybrid working is available.

You will support the production of management information for clients and internal teams, respond to ad hoc financial queries, and attend client meetings.

Experience in finance is helpful; Excel skills and strong communication are essential. A basic DBS check is mandatory.

Qualifications

  • Experience in an administration role.
  • Experience with MS Office such as Excel.
  • Possess or studying towards an AAT Qualification.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Support the production of management information for clients and internally, through timely reporting of financial information.

Touchstone operates in a competitive commercial environment, requiring best use of resources to maintain a return to the Group both financially and socially.

Reporting to the Reporting & Reconciliations Manager, we are looking to recruit a Client Accounts Reporting Assistant on a Fixed term basis until February 2027. After an initial period of training (approx. 2 weeks), we are able to offer hybrid working.

More about your role

As a Client Accounts Reporting Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the production of management information for clients and internally, through the timely and accurate reporting of financial information.

On a daily basis you will respond to ad hoc financial queries, providing support to the property teams and accounts administrators, ensuring data integrity. Attending client meetings is also expected.

More about you

Experience within finance is ideal though not essential. Experience with Microsoft packages such as Excel areadvantageous. Communication skills are essential.
