Places for People is recruiting a Maintenance Operative to help keep our on-site facilities well maintained and safe. You will address routine repairs, assist residents with requests, and uphold our safety standards across the site.
This permanent role is based on site at Beton House, Monday to Friday, 9:30am–6pm with a 30-minute lunch. A trades background, plumbing/decorating experience, and mechanical/electrical qualifications are preferred; a basic DBS check is mandatory.

We are looking to recruit a Maintenance Operative on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the General Manager, you will ensure that the site is well maintained and technical issues minimised.
This role is based on site Monday to Friday at Beton House with working hours of 9.30am – 6pm (with a 30 minute lunch break).
On a daily basis, you will assist with health and safety issues and ensure that a high level of customer service is maintained throughout the site. In addition, you will assist in the procurement of goods and residents with ad hoc requests.

The ideal candidate will have maintenance experience. Previous experience within hospitality is also desired thought not essential.
