Job summary

Savills in Manchester is recruiting a Client Accounts Apprentice to join a specialist team of over 40 in property finance. You will support day-to-day client accounting, data housekeeping, and timely reporting, with on-the-job training and progression opportunities.

The role offers a permanent apprenticeship contract, a sign-on bonus, and extensive training programs including CPD and APC support to qualify in property finance. You will balance office duties with apprentice studies.

Qualifications

• Good organisational skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Proficient in Word and Excel with strong numerical and presentation skills.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain housekeeping of Property & Lease data and financial data on databases.
• Assist Client Accountants in reporting to clients and reconciling reports.
• Prepare instructions for Treasury and manage charge recharges and rent transfers.
• Maintain client funds and ensure professional relationships with clients.
