Job summary

Savills is offering a Client Accounts Apprentice role in Leeds. You will join a small team of client accountants, helping manage property data, prepare reports, reconcile client accounts and process treasury tasks. The role combines administrative duties with early finance training within a real estate environment.

You will begin Level 2/3 AAT, with on-the-job training and full-time hours. A sign-on bonus is available, and you’ll work five days a week from the Leeds office.

Qualifications

• Enrol and progress towards your AAT qualification.
• GCSE English and Maths at level 4+ is required.
• UK work eligibility within 1 hour of the office is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain housekeeping of Property & Lease data and financial data on databases.
• Assist the Client Accountants in reporting to clients and preparing standard reports.
• Ensure accurate reconciliation of client reports (VAT, client statements).
• Site Income Reconciliations and related financial tasks.
• Support client funds administration and quarterly budget reports.
