Job summary

Savills is seeking a proactive apprentice to join the UK Property Finance client accounts team in Manchester/Leeds. You will learn and perform essential data housekeeping, reporting, and reconciliation tasks while pursuing Level 2/3 AAT qualifications.

You'll receive extensive on-the-job training, participate in Savills' training programmes, and benefit from a comprehensive development plan, including CPD and professional progress tracking.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at Level 4 or above is mandatory.
• Eligible to live, work and remain in the UK within 1 hour's commute of the office.
• Enrol and begin active progress towards your AAT qualification.
• Excellent numerical and data handling skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain housekeeping of Property & Lease data and financial data on databases.
• Assist the Client Accountants in reporting to clients (standard reports plus additional as required).
• Ensure accurate reconciliation of client reports (VAT, client statement, etc).
• Site Income Reconciliations and related finance tasks.
• Prepare Instructions for Treasury for approvals and fund transfers.
