Bruntwood, based in Manchester, is offering an Apprentice position in the Accounts Payable team. You will study Level 2 Accounts or Finance while performing day-to-day transactional finance tasks and gaining practical experience.

The programme lasts about 18 months, with 6 hours weekly study and support from a training provider and your manager. Four days in Union office, with a collaborative finance team.

Aufgaben

• Process high-volume invoices in the invoice/PO matching system.
• Chase users to Good receipt Purchase Orders and resolve queries.
• Distribute daily post across the Accounts Payable Team.
• Scan invoices into the invoice processing tool.
• Ensure invoices are approved on a timely basis.
• Supplier statement reconciliation.
• Dealing with supplier and internal queries.
• Reviewing and reconciling invoices & PO discrepancies.
• Assisting with other accounts payable duties as required.
