Job summary

Savills in Leeds is offering an apprenticeship to kickstart your accounts career with hands-on experience supporting client property portfolios. You will join a team of six, with a start date as soon as possible, and work on a range of data and financial tasks under supervision.

The role includes comprehensive training, benefits, and a clear progression path towards APC and professional qualification. Five days in the office, with structured apprenticeship studies and dedicated training.

Qualifications

• Enrol and begin progress towards your AAT qualification.
• Complete induction training including MyLearning.
• UK work eligibility within 1 hour of Leeds office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain housekeeping of Property & Lease data and financial data.
• Assist Client Accountants in reporting to clients.
• Ensure accurate reconciliation of client reports (VAT, statements).
• Perform Site Income Reconciliations.
• Maintain professional relationships with internal and external clients.
