Job summary

Workman LLP is seeking a Client Accountant to manage client relationships and ensure timely delivery of accounting records for a diverse property portfolio. The role involves regular communication with accounts teams, property managers, tenants and clients to produce accurate records.

You will lead and train junior staff, review work, manage client funds and lease information, and ensure smooth operation of the accounting department. Hybrid working with office presence is required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with clients, tenants and internal teams.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and records.
• Good organisational, prioritisation and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly and quarterly client reports including VAT and IPD reporting.
• Ensure client KPI targets are met and procedures followed.
• Review work of junior accountants and accounts administrators.
• Train junior staff within the team.
