Workman LLP in Swindon is seeking a Client Accountant to manage client relationships and ensure timely delivery of accurate accounting records for a diverse property portfolio, including commercial, industrial and retail sites.

You will communicate with accounts teams, property managers, tenants and clients to produce precise reports, manage leases and lead junior staff while meeting KPIs and delivering high-quality service.

Qualificações

• High volume processing of financial data
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to communicate with clients and teams

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and review monthly and quarterly client reports, including VAT & IPD reporting
• Ensure KPI targets are met and client/company procedures are followed
• Review the work of Assistant Client Accountant and Accounts Administrator
• Train Assistant Client Accountants and Accounts Administrators
• Cash management of client funds and transfers aligned with client requirements
• Manage lease information
• Resolve client and tenant queries
• Lead the Assistant Client Accountant & Accounts Administrators to meet deadlines and KPIs
• Maintain best in class service for all Workman clients
