Workman LLP in the West of England is seeking an Accounts Administrator to manage accounting processes for a diverse property portfolio including commercial, industrial and retail properties. You will support Assistant Client Accountants and Client Accountants to ensure tasks are completed on time and KPIs are met.

The role requires high attention to detail, strong organisation and communication skills, with no formal accounting qualifications required.

Qualifications

• Maths & English GCSE A-C.
• Good numeracy skills are essential.
• IT & software skills, particularly Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Updating control spreadsheets.
• Raising of periodic and adhoc charges.
• Receipting of income into the bank.
• Bank reconciliations.
• Preparing and transferring rental income to the client.
