Indevor Bonds is seeking a Client Account Manager to own a portfolio of clients, act as the primary contact, and drive exceptional service across our surety products. You will liaise with underwriters and internal teams to progress applications and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

The role emphasizes relationship development, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining accurate CRM records and meeting KPIs.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or client services.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Organised with the ability to manage multiple client accounts.
• Familiar with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Insurance or financial services background is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Manage and develop a portfolio of client accounts.
• Be the main point of contact for assigned clients.
