Job summary

Liverpool Experience Campus is seeking a proactive Client Account Executive to build lasting relationships with event clients, promoters, and partners. You will coordinate with multiple teams to ensure seamless event delivery, manage ticket allocations, and drive sales while maintaining high customer service standards.

The role requires strong organisational and ICT skills, experience in the events sector, and familiarity with ticketing systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in the events sector is required.
• Sales experience and customer service skills are essential.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with clients, organisers and promoters to understand business requirements and manage expectations.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Client, Promoter/Event Organiser, Event Planning, Sales, Business Development) for each event.
• Assist with setting up shows/events on the ticketing system and online platforms to ensure correct setup and timely ticket delivery.
• Create and maintain event files with contracts, seating layouts, manifests, allocations and settlements.
• Inform clients of sales figures and negotiate to increase allocations as needed.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Promotions to ensure accurate event information is displayed online and on websites.
• Monitor ticket stock and ensure availability across sales channels.
• Support day-to-day operations of the ticketing department for event days.
• Sell and promote events to maximise sales and provide excellent customer service.
