Job summary

NHS Lanarkshire is seeking an Administrative and Clerical Assistant to support clinical and non-clinical staff and ensure the smooth running of the service.

You will perform general reception duties, take on switchboard tasks, sort and distribute mail, and handle photocopying to support efficient patient care across sites.

Qualifications

  • Educated to standard grade level or experience in a similar role.
  • Well developed interpersonal skills in customer care.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good organisational and planning skills.

The Role

To provide comprehensive Administrative and Clerical support to clinical and non-clinical staff in order to ensure the smooth running of the service.

  • Photocopying.
