Cleanroom Production Team Leader for Medical

• Experienced in the operation of manufacturing / process equipment.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on own initiative and be self-motivated.

What you will do:

• Lead and supervise a team of experienced Production Operators
• Ensuring hourly and daily output achieved
• Escalate any production issues arise.
• Ensuring all Safety standards, key business drivers and production needs are met.

Who you are:

• Someone with previous experience of leading a team or someone keen to develop in this area.
• Someone with the ability to learn and work within a technical and highly controlled environment.
• Someone with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Leadership
• Communication with cross functional team
