An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join a confidential, high-performing food manufacturing organisation. I am seeking a results-driven individual to provide leadership on the production floor, ensuring operational efficiency, safety, and product quality while supporting and developing a team of operatives.

In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day performance of production lines, managing labour resources, and ensuring that all processes align with internal standards and regulatory requirements. You will communicate effectively with management and other departments to drive productivity and continuous improvement across your shift.You will play a key role in maintaining product quality and ensuring compliance with hygiene, health and safety standards. This includes conducting pre-start checks, monitoring performance metrics, identifying and resolving machine or process issues, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. A strong focus on team leadership is essential, as you will be expected to support, train, and motivate your team to consistently deliver to high standards.The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar supervisory role within a fast-paced production environment.
