Job summary

The Hurlingham Club is seeking an Office Administrator to support the Head of Cleaning & Waste in the smooth running of the department. This full-time role (40 hours over five days, Monday to Friday) is central to coordinating all cleaning, waste, and pest control operations across the Club while ensuring documentation and standards are maintained.

Job description

This role is part of the Cleaning and Waste Department which ensures the Club maintains an exceptionally clean and welcoming environment for members, guests and colleagues.

THE ROLE

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Office Administrator to support the Head of Cleaning & Waste in the smooth, efficient running of the department.
You will work full time; 40 hours over five days, Monday to Friday.
This role is central to ensuring all cleaning, waste, and pest control operations across the Club are well-coordinated, documented, and compliant with standards. You will support the Head of Department implementing and monitoring departmental service standards.

TYPICAL DUTIES INCLUDE:
  • Scheduling and coordination.
  • Procurement and stock management.

  • Previous experience as an Office Administrator, Operations Assistant or similar role.
