The Hurlingham Club is seeking an IT Administration Assistant to support the IT team with administrative tasks and operational processes for several compliance frameworks. This part-time fixed-term role is 8 hours per week, office-based, reporting to the Head of IT, and available until September 2027.
Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, preparing documentation, invoicing, and coordinating with suppliers.
The IT department is vital in the provision of technology to the staff, members and guests of the Club. The department provides an important relationship between outsourced service partners and in-house knowledge and strives to provide excellent service delivery with a range of systems and services, to support the business needs.
