Job summary

Sanctuary Maintenance Contractors Limited in London is seeking a Part Time Cleaning Technician to look after our Kingsmead Office. The role involves general cleaning duties, lone or team work, and reliable attendance for 5pm–7pm, 10 hours per week.

You will identify hazards, report progress, maintain tools and stock, and provide a professional, customer-friendly service. A full UK driving licence is required to drive a company vehicle where needed.

Qualifications

• Experience of undertaking general cleaning duties is essential.
• Some practical experience in operating cleaning machinery.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Some experience of working to deadlines and prioritising work loads.
• This role will involve driving on company business; a full UK driving licence is required.

Cleaning Technician – Part Time

Kingsmead Office, London

£14.38 per hour

10 hours per week – 5pm – 7pm - Monday to Friday

We are looking for a Part Time Cleaning Technician to join our team in London. This role involves looking after one office and will include both lone working and working as part of a team. You will be responsible for general cleaning duties including mopping, emptying bins vacuuming, cleaning toilets and dusting.

The role of Cleaning Technicianwill include:

• Identifying and reporting potential hazards or faults on site, to maintain a safe environment
• Providing accurate and timely information on the progress of allocated work
• Ensuring tools and equipment are maintained in a good, workable condition and stock levels are maintained
• Providing a professional, courteous and customer friendly approach to all working tasks
