Job summary

Sanctuary Group is seeking a Part Time Cleaning Technician for our Kingsmead Office in London. The role covers one office, with lone and team working, performing cleaning tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and toilet cleaning.

The position runs 10 hours per week (5pm–7pm, Monday to Friday). Applicants should have cleaning experience, a valid UK driving licence for company driving, and be comfortable working to deadlines in a not-for-profit environment offering a supportive benefits

Qualifications

• Experience of undertaking general cleaning duties is essential.
• Some practical experience in operating cleaning machinery.
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Some experience of working to deadlines and prioritising work loads.
• Full UK driving licence required to drive company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties including mopping, bin emptying, vacuuming, toilets, and dusting.
• Report hazards or faults on site and provide progress updates.
• Ensure tools and equipment are maintained and stocks are managed.

£14.38 per hour

10 hours per week – 5pm – 7pm - Monday to Friday

We are looking for a Part Time Cleaning Technician to join our team in London. This role involves looking after one office and will include both lone working and working as part of a team. You will be responsible for general cleaning duties including mopping, emptying bins vacuuming, cleaning toilets and dusting.

Cleaning Technician will include:

• Identifying and reporting potential hazards or faults on site, to maintain a safe environment
• Providing accurate and timely information on the progress of allocated work
• Ensuring tools and equipment are maintained in a good, workable condition and stock levels are maintained
• Providing a professional, courteous and customer friendly approach to all working tasks

Skills and experiences:

• Experience of undertaking general cleaning duties is essential
• Some practical experience in operating cleaning machinery
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills
• Some experience of working to deadlines and prioritising work loads
• This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence
