Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to work within a Mitie healthcare site to manage a cleaning team, including recruitment and development of staff and maintaining excellent service standards for routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer.

You will be responsible for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning, ensuring that staff understand and work to task schedules while following health & safety procedures. You will provide technical training as needed, distribute uniforms, monitor cleanliness standards, manage materials, and order stocks as necessary. You will address issues professionally, referring to your line manager when appropriate.

The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory and cleaning experience, good communication skills, reliability, a professional attitude, and the ability to work independently to a schedule.
