Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to support our client’s site. The role involves managing a small team, rotas, holidays and performance, and delivering training to operatives while ensuring records are accurate.

You will oversee cleaning across floors and common areas, perform weekly audits and escalate concerns. Stock control and client interaction are also key elements of the position.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks.

Responsibilities

• Manage a small cleaning team, rotas, holidays and performance; deliver training to operatives and keep records updated.
• Oversee the cleaning of floors, communal areas, stairwells and washrooms; assist with ad hoc areas as needed.
• Conduct weekly cleaning audits and escalate any areas of concern.
• Order stock and consumables; update the stock management system and distribute to cleaning cupboards.
• Interact with customers/clients regularly and communicate at all levels.
