Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is hiring a Cleaning Manager to lead our cleaning team at a large retail site. You will supervise cleaning of floors, washrooms and communal areas and ensure service excellence.

You will manage staff rotas, holidays, site audits and recruitment while identifying training needs and maintaining records of on-site training. You will monitor products and stock within budget and support investigations as required.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK.
• Experience as a Manager or Supervisor in cleaning.
• Experience staffing, rotas, training, and basic HR compliance.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work to deadlines and prioritise; flexible with hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning of floors, communal areas, stairwells and washrooms.
• Manage staff rotas, holiday requests, site audits and recruitment.
• Identify training needs on-site and conduct on-site training records.
• Investigate accidents or disciplinary matters as needed.
• Monitor cleaning products, stock levels and submit orders within budgets.
