Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and control cleaning staff while personally performing cleaning duties.
• Provide induction and refresher training in line with EA practice.
• Liaise with building managers on day-to-day issues related to cleaning.
• Investigate complaints and take corrective action as directed.
• Maintain supplies and equipment within budget and ensure proper storage and maintenance.
• Monitor materials and equipment performance and report unsuitable items.
