Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland in Lincoln is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to lead on-site cleaning operations, ensuring contractual standards are met and staff are motivated to perform at their best. You will supervise the cleaning team, manage staff rotas, monitor performance, and drive continual service improvements while maintaining a positive leadership approach.
