OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to lead a small team and ensure high cleanliness standards in a facility environment. The role includes managing rotas, holidays, and training, with weekly cleaning audits and strict adherence to safety guidelines.

Ideal candidates have supervisory experience, right to work in the UK, and may have COSHH/IOSH training. The position may involve working at height and exposure to industrial cleaning chemicals.

Qualifications

• You must have Right to Work in the UK.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
• A background working in cleaning/ food manufacturing environment would be advantageous.
• Willingness to work at height.
• COSHH and IOSH trained desirable.

Responsibilities

• Managing a small team, looking after rotas, holidays, and performance and responsible for delivering training to all cleaning operatives and ensuring all records are updated correctly.
• Responsible for conducting cleaning audits on a weekly basis and escalating any areas of concern.
• An awareness of the need to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
• This role may require the use of heavy industrial equipment, specialist chemicals and working at heights.
