Job summary

Kindred is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to lead on-site cleaning operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across client sites in the West of England.

You will schedule tasks, manage stock of cleaning materials, and train and motivate a team to deliver consistent results while complying with health and safety regulations. Fixed shifts and reliable attendance are required.

Qualifications

• Experience within cleaning or facilities management industry required.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations (e.g., COSHH) preferred.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications for scheduling and reporting.

• Empower and motivate the cleaning team through training and ongoing support.

Job description

• Conduct thorough inspections, ensuring strict adherence to health & safety regulations and our rigorous quality standards.
• Efficiently manage stock levels of cleaning materials and supplies, optimising resources.
• Develop and implement effective work schedules, allocating tasks to ensure seamless and efficient workflow.
  Previous cleaning or supervising experience.
• Must be able to commit to working hours as these hours are fixed.
• Can reliably commute to the site location.
• Able to complete the physical demands of the role with reasonable adjustments.
• Complete tasks within a specified timeframe.
• An ability to communicate in English, although English as a first language is not a requirement., Able to fulfil the fixed shift patterns of the role.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to cleaning operations.
• Experience in managing stock levels of cleaning materials and supplies.

Desired criteria
