Job summary

SeeMe Hired Ltd is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to lead and mentor teams across several sites. The role requires conducting site inspections, quality checks, and providing hands-on cleaning support as needed. You will manage stock, tools and equipment while ensuring strict health and safety standards and COSHH compliance.

DBS is required and a full UK driving license is essential. Applicants should be able to travel between sites, communicate in English, and complete tasks within set timeframes

Job description

• Leading and mentoring cleaning teams across multiple sites, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Conducting comprehensive site inspections and rigorous quality checks to uphold our standards.
• Providing practical, hands-on cleaning support and cover as operational needs dictate.
• Proactively managing cleaning stock, materials, and equipment to ensure efficiency.
• Ensuring strict adherence to health and safety protocols, COSHH regulations, and Kindred's operational guidelines.
• Cultivating strong, positive relationships with site contacts and colleagues. Successful candidates will be required to undertake an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS)
• Manual UK Driving License required., Previous cleaning or supervising experience.
• Holder of a valid UK driving license.
• Can reliably commute throughout working area.
• Able to complete the physical demands of the role with reasonable adjustments.
• Complete tasks within a specified timeframe.
• An ability to communicate in English, although English as a first language is not a requirement., Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Ability to follow cleaning schedules, site instructions, and company procedures.
• Previous experience in a cleaning role.
• Ability to travel between multiple sites as part of the role.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Basic understanding of health and safety in a cleaning environment.

Desired criteria

• First aid, manual handling, or health and safety training.
• Basic IT skills, including use of mobile apps, email, or digital reporting systems.
• Confidence dealing with client or site contact queries.
• Knowledge of COSHH procedures.
