Job summary

Kindred is seeking a hardworking and reliable Cleaning Supervisor to be based in an educational building. • Conduct thorough inspections, ensuring strict adherence to health & safety regulations and our rigorous quality standards.
• Efficiently manage stock levels of cleaning materials and supplies, optimising resources.
• Develop and implement effective work schedules, allocating tasks to ensure seamless and efficient workflow.
• Previous cleaning or supervising experience.
• Must be able to commit to working hours as these hours are fixed.
• Can reliably commute to the site location.
• Able to complete the physical demands of the role with reasonable adjustments.
• Complete tasks within a specified timeframe.
• An ability to communicate in English, although English as a first language is not a requirement., Able to fulfil the fixed shift patterns of the role.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Strong leadership and team motivation skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to cleaning operations.
