Kindred are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to lead the on-site cleaning team at The Grange, Brownshill Green Rd, Coventry. The role is based in Coventry with a fixed schedule, offering a wage of £12.81 per hour and on-site responsibilities.

You will empower your team with training, conduct inspections, manage materials stock, and develop efficient work schedules to ensure high cleanliness and safety standards at client sites.

Pay rate: £12.81 per hour.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 15:45-18:45

Location: The Grange, Brownshill Green Rd, Coventry CV6 2EG

About The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to inspire and guide our dedicated cleaning team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure our client sites consistently meet the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, directly contributing to Kindred's reputation for outstanding service.

As a key leader in our on-site operations, you will:

• Empower and motivate your team through comprehensive training and ongoing support.
• Conduct thorough inspections, ensuring strict adherence to health & safety regulations and our rigorous quality standards.
• Efficiently manage stock levels of cleaning materials and supplies, optimising resources.
• Develop and implement effective work schedules, allocating tasks to ensure seamless and efficient workflow.
• Previous cleaning or supervising experience.
• Must be able to commit to working hours as these hours are fixed.
• Can reliably commute to the site location.
• Able to complete the physical demands of the role with reasonable adjustments.
• Complete tasks within a specified timeframe.
• An ability to communicate in English, although English as a first language is not a requirement.

Required Criteria

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to cleaning operations.
• Experience in managing stock levels of cleaning materials and supplies.

Desired Criteria

• Experience within the cleaning or facilities management industry.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations (e.g., COSHH).
• Proficiency in basic computer applications for tasks such as scheduling and reporting.
• Relevant certifications in cleaning or facilities management.
• Proven experience as a Cleaning Supervisor.
