Job summary

Job description

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and leading a team of cleaners, ensuring cleaning standards are maintained at all times and that all work is completed safely and efficiently.

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will carry out regular quality checks, provide coaching and support to cleaning colleagues, assist with training new starters, and ensure all company policies and procedures are followed. You will be expected to lead by example, maintain strong communication with both the team and the client, and take ownership of any issues raised on site.
