Job summary

AEJ Management is seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor based at our Longbridge site to lead the on-site team. You will manage cleaning schedules, conduct quality inspections, monitor inventories, and ensure safety and service delivery meet high standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the on-site cleaning team to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and service delivery.
• Oversee daily operations: scheduling, quality checks, stock/stockroom management and task prioritisation.
• Ensure effective handovers and communication with the Service Delivery Manager and tenants.

What will we expect in return?

As Cleaning Supervisor, you will lead and support our on-site team to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and service delivery across the site. You will oversee daily operations - managing cleaning schedules, conducting quality inspections, tracking supply inventory, and prioritising tasks for optimal efficiency. Strong focus is placed on health and safety compliance, including conducting PUWER equipment checks, maintaining task risk assessments, managing PPE, and ensuring proper chemical handling. Beyond operational management, you will drive staff development by onboarding, training, and assessing team competency, while serving as a key point of contact for tenant feedback and maintaining close communication and daily shift handovers with the Service Delivery Manager.
