Global Highland in Inverness is seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our client’s team on a permanent basis. You will support the Contract Manager with day-to-day running of cleaning contracts, supervise staff and maintain high standards.

The role is hands-on, requires good communication, strong organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Full driving licence and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous Cleaning Supervisor or Cleaning Management experience.
• A full manual driving licence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to build positive relationships with clients, employees and suppliers.
• Good organisational and administrative skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good computer literacy, with experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
• The flexibility to respond to the needs of the contract and workforce.
• A proactive, reliable and professional approach.
• The ability to work independently while also being part of a wider team.

Responsabilités

• Helping to ensure company procedures, health and safety requirements and cleaning standards are followed.
• Using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications for general administration and reporting.
• Supporting the Contract Manager with any other operational requirements.

The Opportunity

Global Highland are currently recruiting for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our client’s team in Inverness on a permanent basis.

Working closely with the Contract Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day delivery of cleaning services, ensuring high standards are maintained and providing support to clients, employees and suppliers.

This is a varied and hands-on position suited to an experienced Cleaning Supervisor who is organised, confident dealing with people and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
