Job summary

Samsic UK is seeking an experienced Cleaning Manager, Site Cleaning Manager or Cleaning Supervisor to oversee five Aberdeen sites for a corporate client. Join a market-leading support services group that values people and offers career development.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing a cleaning team.
• Strong supervisory style with recruitment, onboarding and training.
• Health and safety qualification or experience.
• Full clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage a cleaning team across multiple sites.
• Ensure the cleaning service delivery specification is implemented and adhered to.
• Plan and implement a visitation programme to monitor cleaning standards and client satisfaction via ECAT/Quality Service Level Indicator.
• Respond to client queries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
• Ensure adequate supplies are onsite.
• Recruit, induct and train new staff.
• Resolve disciplinary/grievance matters in line with policy.
• Provide coaching and training to cleaning staff.

We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Manager, Site Cleaning Manager or Cleaning Supervisor to manage 5 sites in Aberdeen for a corporate client account. The Package

• Bonus
• 35 days holiday per year (including bank holidays)

• Monday to Friday – managing shifts running from 6am to 9pm

Main Responsibilities of a Contracts Manager

• Managing team of cleaning staff
• The Manager will ensure the cleaning service delivery specification is implemented and adhered to.
• Regular client liaison: plan and implement a visitation programme to monitor cleaning standards and client satisfaction in all contracts, via the Quality Service Level Indicator/ECAT procedure.
• To ensure all client queries and complaints are dealt with in a timely and effective manner.
• To ensure adequate supplies are onsite.
• To recruit, induct and train new staff.
• To resolve any disciplinary/ grievance matters in line with company policy and procedure.
• To provide ongoing guidance, coaching and training to cleaning staff.

The Person

• Experience in managing a cleaning team
• Strong supervisory style with experience in recruitment, on-boarding, training and development
• Passionate about people
• Health and Safety qualification or experience in this area
• Full clean driving licence
