Global Highland Ltd in Inverness is seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join on a permanent basis. You will work with the Contract Manager to deliver daily cleaning services, supervise staff, and maintain high standards while liaising with clients and suppliers.

The role requires driving licence, strong organisational skills, and proficiency in MS Office. It offers a permanent position, 40 hours per week, and the chance to develop within the facilities and cleaning sector.

Qualifications

• Experience as Cleaning Supervisor or in cleaning management.
• Full manual driving licence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with clients, employees and suppliers.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Good computer literacy with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.

Responsabilités

• Support the Contract Manager with day-to-day running of cleaning contracts.
• Supervise and support cleaning staff to maintain high standards.
• Liaise with clients and respond to queries or requests.
• Communicate with employees, suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Assist with payroll administration, timesheets and employee information.
• Assist with staff scheduling, attendance and workforce coordination.
• Carry out site visits and inspections as required.
• Ensure company procedures, health and safety requirements and cleaning standards are followed.
• Use computer systems and MS Office for admin and reporting.
• Support the Contract Manager with other operational requirements.
