Job summary

Lady Eleanor Holles School in Hampton is seeking two Cleaning Supervisors to oversee morning and afternoon shifts at the campus. You will lead a small cleaners team, ensure tasks meet high standards and support the smoother operation of cleaning services.

The role requires supervisory experience in cleaning or facilities, strong organisation, and a proactive approach. This on-site position offers term-time working with shifts from 6:00–9:30 and 15:30–19:00. Training and uniform are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience, ideally within cleaning, facilities management or housekeeping.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.

• Monitor cleaning equipment, materials and storage areas, ensuring they are maintained to a high standard.
• Report incidents, accidents, damages or concerns promptly and appropriately.
• Help maintain an exceptional environment for pupils, staff and visitors.

Hours: 17.5 hours per week

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday

1 x 6.00am - 9.30am

1 x 3.30pm to 7.00pm
