Job summary

Sodexo is recruiting a Cleaning Operative for Churcher's College, Petersfield, Hampshire. The role supports the Senior School with cleaning tasks after hours, Monday to Friday, 5pm–8pm, during term time.

With a focus on safety and service, you will maintain high cleanliness standards, work independently or with colleagues, and be part of a team that delivers a welcoming environment for pupils and staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness across the Senior School.
• Complete daily cleaning tasks efficiently and in line with agreed schedules.
• Help create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for pupils, staff, and visitors.
• Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and fire safety procedures at all times.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an excellent service.
• Report any incidents, concerns, or maintenance issues promptly.
• Support school events and undertake additional duties when required.
