Job summary

Kindred is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor for on-site duties at an educational building in Woking. You will lead a cleaning team, conduct inspections for health and safety compliance, and manage stock and schedules to maintain high cleanliness standards.

Pay rate: £15.00 per hour.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 17:00-20:00

As a key leader in our on-site operations, you will:

• Empower and motivate your team through comprehensive training and ongoing support.


• Conduct thorough inspections, ensuring strict adherence to health & safety regulations and our rigorous quality standards.


• Efficiently manage stock levels of cleaning materials and supplies, optimising resources.


• Develop and implement effective work schedules, allocating tasks to ensure seamless and efficient workflow.

Minimum requirements:

• Previous cleaning or supervising experience.


• Must be able to commit to working hours as these hours are fixed.


• Can reliably commute to the site location.


• Able to complete the physical demands of the role with reasonable adjustments.


• Complete tasks within a specified timeframe.


• An ability to communicate in English, although English as a first language is not a requirement.
