Bidvest Noonan Group is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to oversee a large site and a team of cleaners. You will monitor cleanliness standards, conduct audits, and ensure health and safety guidelines are followed to provide a safe, well-presented environment.

The role requires strong supervisory experience, reliability, and a proactive attitude. Training and progression opportunities are available within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience managing a team of cleaners.
• Full UK driving license.
• Knowledge of COSHH.
• Good eye for detail.
• Reliable and trustworthy.
• Team player with a flexible approach.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a large cleaning team on a large site including sickness, holidays, auditing and stock check.
• Ensure cleaning standards are maintained across the site.
• Understand KPI/SLA's and meet these monthly including audits.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain cleanliness of site offices and toilets canteen areas, warehouse.
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities.
• Work as part of a team to prepare cinemas for the public.

• Supervising a large cleaning team on a large site which includes covering sickness, holidays, auditing and stock check
• Ensuring cleaning standards are maintained across the site
• Understand KPI/SLA's and to meet these monthly including audits
• Following health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
• Ensuring strong working relationship with operatives
• Responsible for cleanliness of site offices and toilets canteen areas, warehouse
• Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Working in a timely manner to ensure cinemas are prepared for the public
• Working as part of a team Do you have a minimum 2 year Supervisory experience, managing a team of Cleaners?
