Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to lead early-morning operations for our client. The role runs 5:30am–8am, with pro-rata holiday entitlements and ongoing professional development opportunities.

You will oversee cleaning tasks to meet the client’s specifications, place weekly stock orders, perform regular quality audits, and support recruitment and training of team members while building strong client relationships. Right to work in the UK is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning operations to meet client specifications and contract resource levels.

• Assist with recruitment and training of new colleagues.

About The Role:

Working pattern

5:30am-8am

Holiday entitlement will be accrued on a pro-rata basis in line with weeks worked.

Key responsibilities:

• To supervise cleaning operations, ensuring that the client specification/cleaning requirements are met and set contract resource levels are being adhered to.
• To provide weekly/monthly stock orders
• To carry out weekly quality audits of the premises on a rota basis to ensure standards are meeting the required specification.
• To develop and maintain a professional and proactive business relationship with all levels of client’s representatives, promoting the Company and development of services
• To help with the recruitment and training of new colleagues in the team

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

• Must have right to work in the UK
• Experience working in a cleaning environment.
• Excellent communication skills
• An understanding of management techniques, Health and Safety, organisation methods and troubleshooting.
