Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a part-time Cleaning Supervisor in Croydon for Monday to Friday, 3:30pm–7:30pm. You will supervise cleaning operations to meet client specifications, arrange weekly stock orders, and perform regular quality audits while building strong relationships with the client’s team.

The ideal candidate has right to work in the UK, cleaning experience, excellent communication, and knowledge of health and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a cleaning environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of management techniques, Health and Safety, organisation methods and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning operations, ensuring client specifications are met and contract resource levels are adhered to.
• Provide weekly/monthly stock orders.
• Carry out weekly quality audits of the premises on a rota basis.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with client representatives, promoting the Company and services.
• Assist recruitment and training of new colleagues in the team.

About The Role

Working pattern: Monday to Friday, 3.30pm to 7.30pm

Holiday entitlement will be accrued on a pro-rata basis in line with weeks worked.

Key responsibilities

• To supervise cleaning operations, ensuring that the client specification/cleaning requirements are met and set contract resource levels are being adhered to.
• To provide weekly/monthly stock orders
• To carry out weekly quality audits of the premises on a rota basis to ensure standards are meeting the required specification.
• To develop and maintain a professional and proactive business relationship with all levels of client’s representatives, promoting the Company and development of services
• To help with the recruitment and training of new colleagues in the team

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria

• Experience working in a cleaning environment.
• Excellent communication skills
• An understanding of management techniques, Health and Safety, organisation methods and troubleshooting.
