About the Role
The Accommodation & Cleaning Shift Manager will be responsible for the smooth delivery of cleaning shifts across our public areas and entertainment venues at the resort. Reporting to the Cleaning Manager, you will ensure daily operational plans are executed effectively, tasks are completed by the team, and that staffing is aligned with guest demand to maintain high standards and guest satisfaction.

This role is permanent, 40 hours/week, with shifts from 6am to 5am over 5 days in 7, including weekends.
About You
You will oversee cleaning operations, ensure adherence to standards, and work to improve NPS scores. Responsibilities include quality checks, team training, onboarding, performance management, and health & safety compliance. You should have operational experience in managing cleaning or soft services teams, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
