About the Role

To be employed in this role, you must be over 18 years old.

Our stores operate 24/7, offering a variety of shift patterns. We seek flexible workers, and while we will accommodate your preferred shifts, late and weekend work are required. Flexibility with your work pattern may be necessary.

As a Section Leader, you will be the first point of contact for your team. Your responsibilities include training colleagues, communicating messages during team 'huddles', and ensuring colleagues are available to maintain cleaning standards and meet customer expectations through careful planning of overtime and holidays, ensuring optimal staffing.
