About the Role

To be employed in this role, you must be over 18 years old.

Our operation runs 24/7, offering a variety of shift patterns. We seek flexible working arrangements, but late and weekend shifts are required. We may need to be flexible with your work pattern to meet operational needs.

As a Section Leader, you'll be the first point of contact for your team. You will assist in training colleagues, communicating messages during team huddles, and ensuring product availability by planning overtime and holidays effectively. Your leadership will help maintain excellent customer service and team performance.
